Visit our website to hire an outfit. Browse through our amazing selection of outfits, book your dress and we will send your outfit to you the day before your booking via Local Courier or DHL free.
TRY ON AT HOME
We offer a "Try On" at home service if your event is at least three weeks away, we send the dress to you to "Try On" for a $30 fee. With the Try On at home service, you may try on one outfit for 24 hours in the convenience of your home. If you would like to arrange our Try On at home service, select the garment that you wish to Try On at home and select the 'Try On' option on the garment product page, the total amount owing will be $30.
Please note that we are unable to hold dresses for your actual event date until a booking order is placed on the system by you. To return your Try On dress simply follow the instructions provided with your garment. If the garment is not returned the next day, you will be charged the entire hire amount for that garment.
TRY ON AT OUR SHOWROOM
We offer a "Try On" service in our Showroom if your event is at least three weeks away. You may make an appointment to "Try On" one outfit in our Double Bay Showroom for a $30 fee, contact our customer care team by emailing email@example.com and we'll arrange an appointment with you.
The outfit comes with a complimentary $100 accidental damage insurance. Returning a garment couldn’t be easier. Shipping is complimentary with Local Courier or DHL, by following the instructions sent with your garment. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address for free. Please contact our customer care team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions. We take care of the Dry Cleaning.
WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
The size is stated for each dress. Each dress is individually resized to typical Australian sizing.
IS SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE?
Yes we offer Australia Wide shipping via DHL. The deliveries are Monday - Friday and arrive the day before your booking.
HOW QUICK IS THE SHIPPING?
We offer complimentary same-day shipping to the Sydney Metro area for orders placed by 12pm, via local courier.
CAN I RESERVE AN OUTFIT IN ADVANCE
Yes you can book 6 months in advance. We recommend booking at least 2 days prior to your event. Once your reservation has been confirmed, we send you a confirmation email.
WHAT IF MY RENTAL PERIOD ENDS ON SUNDAY OR PUBLIC HOLIDAY?
Please return the next business day to avoid late fees.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
A signature is required. Anyone present at the address at the time of the delivery can sign on your behalf.
WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY STAIN OF DAMAGE AN OUTFIT?
Don’t worry about damages or spills. We understand that some incidents may be inevitable. Our aim is that you have an amazing time wearing your dress. Included with the dress rental fee is dry cleaning and $100 insurance to cover minor damages and spills. Please note, this covers minor accidental damage such as a zip break or any normal stains. (Please be careful with the red wine). Theft or significant damage is not covered and the cost will be deducted from the credit card you provided. Please do not attempt to fix the dress or remove stains yourself.
DO I NEED TO DRY CLEAN THE DRESS?
No, Dry Cleaning is included in the Hire Fee. We Dry Clean each outfit after every wear.
